Lena Living Center is a 102 bed nursing center with both in patient and out patient a rehabilitation center for those who need a little extra time to get back on their feet. Our nursing and therapy teams develop an individualized treatment plan based on each residents clinical and rehabilitation needs. Our “Homeward Bound” program is designed to assist each resident a successful transition back to their home environment. We are certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. We accept most insurances and private pay. Lena Living Center also has independent living at the Doll Memorial Apartments. Both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Our room types are semi – private, private and private suites.
